呂柔（容祖兒 飾）在度假村開(kāi)設(shè)了一間寵物店，繼而認(rèn)識(shí)了經(jīng)營(yíng)燒烤場(chǎng)的黃興貴（劉青云 飾）。阿貴臉上有一道奇怪的胎記，口上說(shuō)不介意，但其實(shí)一直耿耿于懷因?yàn)檫@塊胎記令自己失去了很多戀愛(ài)的機(jī)會(huì)，更令別人覺(jué)得他是壞人。小柔一直尋覓初戀情人阿Tim，阿貴積極相助。幾經(jīng)辛苦小柔找到了阿Tim，可是此時(shí)阿Tim已經(jīng)有了女朋友，傷心不已的小柔一蹶不振，無(wú)心工作。幸好阿貴不斷鼓勵(lì)小柔，讓她寄情于工作，期間二人情愫漸生。
Tim受到了女友的背叛，小柔好心安慰，卻讓阿貴以為二人舊情復(fù)燃。剛好小柔受到了外國(guó)一間大學(xué)錄取修讀動(dòng)物心理學(xué)，Tim也決定到外國(guó)散心。小柔離開(kāi)之際，一直盼望能見(jiàn)上阿貴一面……
